that had unfortunately been sitting for over a year without being operated. Previously, a Subaru mechanic examined the vehicle and explained that the vehicle was beyond economical repair and the best we could hope was a receipt for donating our car.
It took your crew three days to find and repair all of the vehicles many problems and even though your shop was not authorized to provide us with a Maryland Vehicle Inspection Document, it passed with only minor problems when taken to an authorized Subaru repair facility in Maryland (several light bulbs had to be replaced).
The best part of this recommendation is that your shop was able to minimize repair costs to rehabilitate the vehicle. We cannot thank you and your mechanics enough for the tremendous level of effort put forth to bring our vehicle back to life.

Well, I was very surprised after your inspection when you said the SUV needed a “Ball Joint”. The Nissan Dealership Inspection did not show that. After you took me to the garage and showed it to me, I had no doubt you were right.
Thank you for finding that problem and fixing it. I know that a bad Bal Joint can create a major handling problem with a car more so at highway speeds which she uses.
